We are FSSC 22000 certified for the production of grape must concentrate and grape syrup.

The FSSC 22000 Scheme, an international food safety standard, stands out for ensuring food safety throughout the supply chain. Its importance is underpinned by its holistic approach, global recognition, compliance with legal regulations, managing risks throughout the supply chain, encouraging continuous improvement and building consumer confidence.

We have implemented the Food Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of the FSSC 22000 V 5.1 scheme, in the production and marketing of Grape Must Concentrate, Syrup, Wine and Vinegar, contributing to the development of a process of continuous improvement and prioritising:
